Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team to deliver outstanding care.
- Ensure full compliance with all regulatory requirements, including Ofsted standards.
- Manage staffing, including training, development, and performance reviews.
- Develop and implement policies to maintain high-quality care services.
- Oversee budgets and ensure the financial sustainability of the service.
- Drive improvements in service delivery and achieve exceptional Ofsted outcomes.
- Collaborate with external agencies to enhance care provision.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in healthcare.
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and healthcare standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships.
- Organisational and problem-solving abilities to manage a busy care facility.
- Previous experience as a Registered Manager (preferred) or a Deputy Manager ready to step up.
- A degree in Healthcare Management, Nursing, or a related field (desirable).
