- Supporting menu development and implementation when needed.
- Proven experience as a Chef, ideally at a country pub or similar level.
- Strong culinary skills and the ability to work independently.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- A passion for food and delivering outstanding meals.
- Competitive hourly pay (£14.50 - £16.00 per hour, based on experience).
