As the Automotive Programme Lead, you’ll guide apprentices through engaging and effective teaching methods, combining classroom-based, practical, and remote learning. Your goal will be to ensure they’re equipped for successful careers while maintaining high programme standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging training sessions and hands-on workshops
- Oversee apprentices' progress and ensure timely completion
- Maintain and manage resources and equipment
- Build strong employer partnerships to support apprenticeship success
- Promote apprenticeship programmes within the local community
- Level 3 trade and teaching qualifications (minimum)
- 5+ years’ industry experience and 3+ years’ teaching experience
- Strong understanding of apprenticeship standards and assessments
- Safeguarding, IAG, and coaching qualifications (Level 3)
- Exceptional communication, organisational, and IT skills
- A proactive, enthusiastic, and flexible approach
- Full UK driving licence
