An Account Manager builds and maintains strong relationships with an existing client portfolio, acting as the primary point of contact and ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day client communications, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, preparing proposals and presentations, resolving service issues promptly, and achieving revenue targets within the assigned accounts. The Account Manager works closely with internal teams including sales, marketing, and operations to deliver an exceptional client experience. Previous experience in an account management or business development role is essential, along with strong commercial instincts and excellent communication skills.
