Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
The Role As a Senior Job Coach, you will be responsible for mentoring and training a team of Success Coaches to ensure the delivery of high-quality support to participants. The role requires overseeing performance, maintaining compliance, and providing guidance to help individuals achieve sustainable employment. You will play a key role in fostering professional development within the team while ensuring all service delivery meets contractual requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Mentor and support Success Coaches, conducting regular one-to-one reviews and setting performance objectives.
- Monitor performance to ensure key targets and compliance standards are met.
- Work closely with participants to develop tailored action plans leading to sustainable employment.
- Build relationships with employers, securing job opportunities and providing in-work support.
- Manage participant casework, ensuring accurate records and compliance with contractual standards.
- Collaborate with external partners, including Jobcentre Plus, local authorities, and community services.
- Organise and deliver training sessions and workshops to enhance employment readiness.
- Stay updated on employment trends, training opportunities, and industry developments.
- Experience in mentoring and developing teams.
- Strong background in employment support, recruitment, or a similar sector.
- Proven ability to engage with employers and identify job opportunities.
- Understanding of health, social care, and employability support services.
- Track record of achieving and exceeding performance targets.
- Excellent IT, administrative, and case management skills.
- Knowledge of safeguarding, equal opportunities, and compliance regulations.
- NVQ Level 4 in Advice and Guidance (desirable).
