The Ideal Candidate:
- At least 2 years of experience in 360 recruitment
- Strong relationship-building skills with both clients and candidates
- In-depth commercial recruitment knowledge
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Driven by success and motivated to excel
- Actively source, screen, and assess candidates through various channels
- Conduct thorough interviews and skill assessments
- Curate high-quality candidate shortlists for clients
- Manage the interview process, ensuring a positive candidate experience
- Collaborate with clients to align job requirements with candidate profiles
- Offer constructive feedback and maintain clear communication throughout
- Build lasting client relationships by understanding their business needs
- Ensure a smooth onboarding process and monitor post-placement success
- Achieve KPIs related to placements, client satisfaction, and revenue growth
- Continuously refine recruitment strategies to stay ahead of market trends
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, adhering to data protection laws
- Competitive salary (£30,000 - £32,000) plus uncapped commission
