Position: Operations Administrator
Location: Wolverhampton
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Administrator to join our client. The ideal candidate will have advanced Excel skills, strong analytical capabilities, and experience in operations management. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills, capable of providing exceptional administrative assistance and customer service. Experience in the road maintenance industry is a plus.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advanced Excel Skills: Create and manage spreadsheets for data analysis, reporting, and automation.
  • Analytical Skills and Operations Management: Analyse operational data to identify trends and support strategic decision-making.
  • Administrative Assistance: Provide comprehensive administrative support, including managing schedules, preparing documents, and maintaining filing systems.
  • Customer Service: Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly, maintaining a professional demeanour.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Communicate clearly and effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Attention to Detail and Strong Organisational Skills: Ensure accuracy and organisation in all tasks and maintain effective systems.
  • Ability to Work Independently and Collaboratively: Demonstrate self-motivation, adaptability, and teamwork skills.
  • Proven experience in an administrative and operations support role.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex functions and data analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills with a keen ability to interpret and present data.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organisational abilities.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Customer service experience with a focus on delivering high-quality support.
  • Experience in the road maintenance industry is highly desirable.
