Industrial Caretaker
SPR Careers are proud to be working with a public sector client to recruit for a temporary Caretaker in Birmingham.
Working Instructions:
Pay Rate: £10.90p/h
Hours: 35 Hours Per Week – 7am start
Location: Birmingham
Required: Must be able to speak English due to Health and Safety
Job Summary of Industrial Caretaker:
As a Caretaker, you will be responsible for the delivery of a high standard of caretaking, cleaning, health and safety and maintenance services across specified neighbourhoods. This will include the cleaning of internal and external communal areas of high rise and low rise blocks and other housing communal areas within the neighbourhood/quadrant. You will aid customers with general housing related queries, liaising with Neighbourhood Caretakers, Area Neighbourhood Caretakers and fellow colleagues. You will also liaise with other organisations in order to maintain the local environment such as Repairs colleagues, Repairs contractors and Waste Management.
