Role overview
The Telesales Sales Executive is part of the Sales Team and is personally responsible for generating business opportunities, agreeing pricing structures within agreed parameters and maximising sales potential.
You will have a thorough understanding of the nuances of selling and building relationships in the B2B market and have a proven ability to go after accounts within this market.

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity working Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week.
The role is salaried at £18,000-21,000 per annum basic, with expected OTE earnings of +£8,000 per year.

Main Responsibilities
- Generating sales growth and revenue from both existing customers and new prospects, following up on all opportunities presented.
- Calling prospects from internal databases, referrals and website leads.
- Provide decision makers with information on our products and services, demonstrating product features and benefits using online screen sharing tools
- manage the entire sales lifecycle from inception to closing the deal
- Provide after sales account management to ensure customers are satisfied and maximise revenue opportunities
You will;
- Consistently maintain company call targets and KPI’s
- Maintain and update the company database on all sales opportunities
- Keep records of calls, sales and note useful information
- Actively partake in internal meetings as and when required
- Participate in appraisals and performance reviews

- Good knowlede of relevant computer programs (e.g. Excel, Word, CRM software) and telephone systems

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
